When this asset management group moved it’s post-pandemic offices to New Haven, they knew it would be a part-time home base for employees coming from all over the East coast, at least for a while. The design focuses private offices on a central lounge area where work can be more casual, a boardroom for clients, and a kitchen with lounge and bar seating for everyday and for entertaining. Just off the kitchen is a guest work area, and a dressing room for changing from the standard casual dress code to more formal for clients. Most spaces have sweeping birds-eye views of the city beyond.
