Peter and Casey Luukko moved back to the area after leaving in 1982 so Peter could pursue his career in the NHL and as an entertainment executive. After finding a great home on the water they asked us to create a home that would accommodate visits from their three adult children, and their many family and friends (the couple host most holidays, and love to throw parties). We revamped the 6000 square foot house to focus on the water view, took down a wall to expand a sunroom and built a bar area adjacent to the pool, and created well-appointed guest spaces to make everyone feel welcome. Many of the furniture pieces were design by Caryn and fabricated locally.

Right off the bat, the first time I met Caryn, I knew that there was nobody else who I wanted to work with. She’s just so down to earth and easy to deal with and talk to. And then you get into the creative part and she just blows everybody out of the water.
